How does someone come up with a new idea? Where does it start and how can i come up with unique ideas? I want people to know me for what I can contribute that is apart from the rest, unique & inspiring.

Sorry to say, but if you have to ask how to come up with new ideas, then you're probably not capable of putting the information to use. For imaginative, creative people, ideas are always popping into their heads. They don't need instructions, and they don't need the admiration of other people for inspiration. It seems to me you're more interested in being famous than in creativity.
