Saying sorry is easy for me.If I realised that It was my mistake I tried my best to reach out that person and extend my apology.I can't sleep sometimes if I havent said sorry to that person. On the other hand, saying I love is quite hard for me specially in the situation where in a guy is courting you and you feel like you already inlove with him.Sometimes I choose to keep by myself for long cause I still need to consider many consequences and ofcourse I have to make sure of my feeling very well.It takes time for me to say that words.I have to make sure first that Hes worthy in waht I feel.

just want to add: I'm not really used to say I love you to my love ones like my family members because I'm more into actions.

Three things can always makes you and others happy. Sorry - if you did some mistake whether intionally or unintentionally. I Love you - When you really mean it that you like someone and can't think of anything and when some one is very close to your heart. Be it your boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, husband, parents, family or anyone close to you. Thanks - If you are really obliged and feels happy from inside what the person did for you. They are not at all difficult to say. Its just that if you realize it from your heart, you will feel it saying these things again and when its required. Sometimes saying sorry is difficult because of the fact the person doesn't realise what he did. Even if it wasn't a blunder, still things can be said and put in different ways, so that it shouldn't get hurt.

It would make more sense to me that someone would have a harder time admitting they'd done wrong, than admitting that they loved someone. To me loving someone means you're doing something RIGHT, and so is that person. They are loved, and you love them. Hopefully they love you. I don't have a problem saying "I love you," or "I'm sorry," because I only say "I love you" when I love someone, and "I'm sorry" when I am SURE I've done wrong.

for me it's easy to say both i love and sorry when it comes from your heart. but it's harder to say them both also if you feel like you dnt love the person but you have to say i love you. and it's hard to say sorry if you know it's not your fault.
