How to get more contacts for my business

I started a home business with a jewelry company last fall. I love doing the home shows, wearing and showing the jewelry. Most of my friends have held shows to support me but they can only buy so much jewelry from me. My question is to anyone in a direct sales company (a consultant). . .How do you break out of your circle of friends to make more contacts thus creating more business and profits to continue to grow your business?

A website with professional-looking photos showcasing your products will be an invaluable addition to any marketing campaign... this will allow potential customers to view your products without worrying about pressure to buy... if they like your products, they'll order and possibly pass your website on to others...
