I am curious, what your perferred position is to go to sleep at night time. Are you a side sleeper? A fetus position sleeper? Can you sleep on your back or are you a long time belly sleeper? Or do you sleep in some other type of weird position lol. Do you have any rituals before you go to bed, or anything you just CANNOT sleep without?
Me I have never been able to sleep on my back, ok maybe once or twice but that was more because I literally couldnt sleep on my sides because I was hurt. Lately Ive noticed that I can only fall asleep when Im lying on my tummy. My only ritual before going to sleep in brushing my teeth, and for some reason I CANNOT sleep in a quiet room, there always has to be some sort of weird noise, I have a fan and air cleaner in my room so I usually turn one on before I climb into bed. What about you?

i always sleep in the same position , on my right side, facing my wife. She is always the first thing i seen in the morning and remains the love of my life. We have hardly ever spent a night away from each other and niether of us finds it easy to sleep alone

Like you I can't stand to sleep on my back either--I love to either sleep on my side...doesn't matter which by the way, but more on my stomach...But I'm the opposite of you...I just have to sleep in a quiet room--I have a few rituals before going to bed...I love to watch just a little TV..or actually pop in one of my DVD movies and watch awhile...then while lying in bed sipping my mint tea, I love to read until I get drowsy...

I can sleep in any position. But I prefer to sleep on side (left side). I have read at more tnan one place that it is a beneficial pose (medically). I prefer to keep my legs straight while sleeping.
I go to bed and I do not know when I fall asleep. It looks like, I fall asleep immediately.
I can sleep in a quiet place or in a noisy place. The noise should be somewhat repetetive type and not screeching type.

I always sleep on my side, a few years ago I had to sleep in a quiet room, but then I got an aquarium and it makes quite a bit of noise so now I'm used to sleeping with noise. For the first 6 months or so the aquarium kept me up for hours, but after a while you don't even hear it anymore. I can't sleep on my back or belly, always on my side.
