how much do i get paid for posting and refering

i need to know how much i get for each post and referals? when i get that money? how do i earn it the fastest? and what else i can do to get money here and like what activates it like if i post do i get money or if i create a new thread? thanx alot if you help

You get about 1 cent or 5 cent per post you get 25% of what your feffereal make the fastes wayt o make money on here is by giveing qualit respones and answering as many questions as you can. Also ask questions and you ask them use an image you get about 1 cent per image.
