It's finally over...now what?

this discussion is basically a follow-up to what I was talking about before I left for a little while..the issue was my then boyfriend and our problem. He had the habit of talking to me anyway he wanted and I told him just how I felt about that..so anyway, after three real bad arguements in two days, he took it upon himself to get his stuff and leave the day before yesterday...we haven't even spoken since he left. The last arguement was the worst. He said things like "I can always get a b**** to do what I want her to do, f*** you, you ain't special, I don't care if you don't do anything else for me.." that was the cleanest thing he said that I can repeat right now..Clearly, this is not a person fit to be with a person like me, and he never cared about me throughout this 10 year on and off thing we had, but my thing is, I am worried that I might actually have suffered some sort of emotional damage after all the things he said to me this past week...so it's officially over..now what?
