I brush my teeth at least twice a day sometimes 3 times a day. I use a regular toothbrush and toothpaste. I also use mouthwash for fresh breath.

hahaha, ok, I suppose I'll answer this.
morning and night for sure, and once to twice in between depending on my eating and hometime that day.
I usually use a Reach or Oral-B toothbrush, soft or medium bristles and I generally use Colgate Total or cinnamon flavored Crest.
I'm not the one to ask about how to deal with a sweet tooth, the only answer I have for that is chew sugarless gum after eating sweets then brush the first chance you get.

Hello, lankie,i will brush my teeth twice a day,I think it is normal for most of the people,I have to do it at the monring before i go to work so that my mouth will not be stinked and i will brush my teeth before i sleep to prevent tooth decay.
I think in order to have healthy teeth,we should not eat too much sweet things, we should not try to bite some hard things by our teeth as it will damage the teeth.
I just use the normal toothbrush and i do not use speical toothpaste,I think what is important is the way you brush your teeth rather than the type of toothbrush or toothpaste you use.

When i get up in the morning ,the first thing I will brush my teeth using an usual toothpaste. But i always use different brands when each one is out.I ususlly brush my teeth twice a day.The second time is before going to bed in the evening.Sometimes when I eat chocolate or eat some
jujube(in Chinese zao),I would like to brush my teeth. Chewing the chewing gum is good for the health of teeth,I always do it.I have no sweet teeth,i thind you'd better to find the dentist.
And in the morning chatting softly is another good way to strengthen teeth.
