Does your boyfriend complain about your looks? What's your take on that?

My boyfriend says I'm flat. He used to say I'm too chubby, so I went on diet and successfully dropped 10 lb. But now, I'm skinnier everywhere, so obviously I lost some things too. Does your bf tell you that you're too this or too that about your looks? Do you take that into consideration and act on it? What's your opinion, ladies?

Hi,xquisite!!
I'm single now but all my dormmates have boyfriends,so I know that their boyfriends said that they were plump just as kidding.BUT my dormmates care about what their boyfriends said and nearly everyday, they vow that they have to lose weight.
If I have boyfriend,I believe I do care about his critique.I want to be more perfect in his eyes.

My husband complains if I lose weight, but he never complains if I gain it. I can't think of a single time in our 8-year relationship he's called me chubby, even when I was actually overweight. He even takes care to say that if I really feel I need to lose weight that's okay, but that he'll be sad when my curves go. =p
There have been times I have considered changing things because of his preferences though, mainly hair cuts and things. Right now he says my hair is cute but I can be his favorite boyfriend. (My cut is kind of boyish)

No. If your boyfriend tell you you're not his ideal then tell him to git and look for someone else, unless he wants to pay for surgery.
Get it?
It sounds like he's not going to be satisfied until you look like a barbie doll.
I'll bet he's overweight and balding, too.
I'd tell him to go fly a kite. Now.

It sounds like you just can't please him. It would take a lot more than ten pounds to make a big difference between chubby and skinny anyway, so he sounds like he nit-picks. I would stay at the weight that makes you most comfortable and then find someone who accepts you as you are.
