How to make internet money if you are not and USA/Canada resident?

I am living in Germany and a lot of internet making sites are functioning only for USA/Canada/UK residents so even if they are working great for them for other contries are useless. Does anybody can recommend me other sites for the rest of the world:) or for Europe? Thank you.

Well there are still many international program which we can join. Most of the internation website can be found @ http://pay4effort.blogspot.com. Enjoy!
