I have visited almost 500 sites for a online job. But I came across that all the jobs offered to us is taking a initial money (about 49$). Why is that?? I don't get the view. If they are paying us for a certain job then they can deduct the initial subscription fee from the 1st pay cheak. I am doing the work, why should i employee pay the money. What is your opinion??????

You should never sign up for a program that charge you money to sign up. Ask yourself this... If you applied for a normal offline job would you take it if the asked you for money at the interview? Of course not, so the same rule apply online :-)

Phlamingho is right. you dont pay an employer for the privalage of working for them!
never pay money to these sites..they are scams.
i wont say that they are ALL scams..cause there might be a couple out of the thousands listed that are honest. but the chances of the one you're paying the money to being legit? highly unlikely..possible but just not probable.
