Do you tips to "parking boy" when they guide you IN and OUT of your parking lot?

Here in the Philippines whenever we park in front of store, resturants or any establishments there are teens and even small children who would guide you through your parking spot. Afterwards they would also be there when you leave. Why do they do this? It is because they are hoping that you would give them a few coins. Mostly people give 5pesos or 10pesos to this poor children.
Do you give tips to them too?
If you dont have this in your country, do you give coins to a needy person?

no we have nothing like this in our country....and if i seen this happening i would be appalled....not only for the safety of the children ...but that they need to do this.....
it breaks my heart when i hear of this type of thing...
