Free will?

I was just wondering if anyone has considered a philosophy similar to this: There is no free will. From the beggining of the universe, the laws of nature have dictated the path of every particle of existence. The forces at work predetermined the future of the universe. The Earth came into being as a result of these forces. The existence of life was another result of physical laws. I suppose that whether or not, therefore, humans have free will would be the question of if there are random occurances in the brain.
What do you think?
Cheers :)
