Is Perfection just a concept?

I wonder if a perfect utopia is ever possible. It would take god, literally, to arrange the human society into a perfect environment that made everyone happy. And since god doesn't exist or is too busy to do such a thing. (The apocalypse doesn't count as perfection because every non Christian has to suffer hell).
And is perfection just just a theoretical concept. Does anything actually exist that functions perfectly, that can't fail and always works under an unmatched, flawless position?
Give your opinions! Cheers :)

the perfection is not possible, its only the way which everyone try to follow to be better and better
but never'll be perfect, but be better is good
so the perfection is only a way which is good to follow but neverone can reach

Yes perfection is just a concept. i don't think perfection is the way to live life. Perfection never matches practicality, you have to make out a golden mean in between those. There is always a trade-off in between those. tell me how many people are perfect in this world. Tell me even u think u are perfect?? I have myself experienced that when ever my elder tell me something to do this, that in this way and that way. Yes every one has some faults but gotto live with it and accept it as they are. I am happy with the way i am. And i think i am more practical and pragmatic person rather than a perfectionist!
