This is from the squidoo homepage. I don't know if this is exactly what you are looking for.

I'm sorry I didn't see your post earlier. I absolutely love Squidoo. I have two lenses, and am working on a third. I don't know how much you can earn, I guess that depends on how well you promote your site. Your topic can be just about anything. What I suggest is looking at other lenses, you can go thru my link on my profile (I don't earn anything just for you to use the link) then start with my lensroll to look at other lenses. Read Squidoo's information page and then decide. You can earn some money, you can donate part of it to charities (optional), and it's free. And it's easy to do.

I have no idea how you can make more money with Squidoo. I have 5 lenses (2 of which are less than a week old) and I've made $1.72 so far in the last two months. I think it all depends on your subject matter, and what kinds of things you have on your lens. I do know that if you get a lens set up to make money, and it starts doing well, you really dont' have to do much after that... just sit and let it rack up the cash for you, as long as you promote the lens now and then to draw more traffic. It's free to sign up though, and there are LOTS of experts hanging around the forums at Squidoo. Maybe you could poke around the site, look at the different lenses, and see if you can get some questions answered there?
