try a gallon of water and walking for 30 a day and don't eat after 6 pm it worked for me but still eat your normal 3 meals but add the water and the walking 30 mins. in the am or after dinner

What is your goal?
For 1-3 kilos maybe you can just skip your dinner, but for more maybe you should put extra exercise for your lose weight.
Manage your food is the better way.

If i'll be basing on your avatar you are not fat, you don't have to loose weight. But anyway if that is your choice, lessen your meals. I've seen my officemate loose weight fast, she take heavy breakfast in the morning and do walking going to the office, since it is walking distance, then at lunch she only take oatmeal at dinner, she ate half small cup of rice and small amount of dish, mostly vegetables. She take it by no later than 6pm..then no food afterwards. You may try it too and couple it with proper exercise.
