I know it's just a movie but i look at in a reality point of view where i nice guy trying to chase a
beautiful girl. MJ is a ambitous girl with no talent. What attracts her to Peter is, he has talent with no ambition. It kills her in the inside that he get glory and won't accept the recognition (talking about overall view minus the symbiote).
In my opinion, Pet is on the friends list and will never get off of it. You see how she throw herself to (jerk) Harry. Because Harry had money and power he can afford to treat girls any kind of way.
I know this is potically incorrect to say but hollywood is going to make a fantasy put of view wear she probably falls in his arms (laughable).
I don't hate MJ but my favorite part about the series is when he turn her down in the first movie towards the end, when is love being spiderman more than her.
Do you guys see where i'm coming at here?

Have you seen all the 3 parts? He says no in first part, because he loves her more than anything else and does not want her to be hurt. Anyone close to him will be the first one to be hurt by his enemies.

yes, it is true that mj is also thinking is terms of financial considerations. i believe that every woman has her waterloos, too. there are still other defects in the character of mj. the trouble is, as they say, a man in love sees with his heart rather than with his eyes and through reason. in this regard then, we cannot blame peter parker for being so confused when it comes to his feelings for mj. this is so because, mj is also a confused one herself.

well, that's how the scriptwriter prefers to deal with peter parker's love story. we will have to wait for more episodes of spiderman movies to see how everything will add up to. many viewers disapprove of mj. she is a seemingly inapproprite girl for spider man. we know that spider man does not care so much for popularity as a private person, nor does he crave for wealth but, he really knows how to fall in love in a manner which is so unbecoming of a very intelligent individual.

Thank you for for response and comments. I felt it would be pottically incorrect to say what i've said.
I understand this is hollywood and you can practically take any character and match them up with anyone. The reason why i view this realistically is because of the target demographic is yopung teenage boys would believe this myth and use it in the real world. Sure there is always the acception of the rule. People can be with there dream girl or guy but that is "in the neatle in the thread".
Everything happens for a reason, and we start going with the what if's theory. Example: What if Harry survive? Would MJ continue to play the traingle love game? Now that Peter is her only option, is that enough for her to commit to him knowing in the back of her mind she could do better?
