Is SMS from PC to mobile safe?

I read in newspaper that tough SMS to mobile virus can spread, but mobile phone company has anti-virus so that virus cannot spread. Mobile phone operate by software so virus can affect mobile phone. Somebody connect mobile phone with PC and if that PC connect with internet then it has chance to enter virus in mobile phone so this is not fault of mobile opertor. However, we must take caution to send and receive SMS from PC to mobile phone.

this is a very interesting question. I never put the problem of an infected mobile phone from an SMS message sent from the PC. This can happen if that computer you are sending the SMS from , contains malicious codes that can affect your mobile phone. I suggest you don't do this, it's very risky, and virusing an mobile phone is not nice.
