Post you PC troubles and I will fix or point you to the right place. Also I am thinking of creating a step by step tweaking guide If enough people show interest. If you are interested tell me what things you personally want tweaked and I will add it to the guide also I will gave you the tweak too.

Nice post, I work with IT on an everyday basis so I don't think I'll get any problems, but I would love to help others out with their problems. I'll keep an eye out for this post.
