Canadians and online paying sites

There are tons of online paying sites and most of them are american. Have all of you filled out those tax forms that is recommended? Canadians have to fill out one too...so how does this work? Any Canadians on hits4pay.com or emailpaysu.com? Have you been paid? Did you fill out the tax form?

It's not all programs that require you to fill out the tax form, if they don't ask you to don't bother :-)
