how often do you exercise per week and what kind of exercise do you do usually?
--walking, jogging, hiking, swimming, playing team sport(soccer, bolleyball), doing aerobic dance, working out at the gym...
what are the significant effects after exercise?
--feeling good or tired, having a sound sleep, keeping you in godd shape...

I am walking. I am walking my dogs for hours every day. It makes me feel good. I meet other people, talk to them. I know every way in the whole neighborhood. I walk in every weather. I never catch a cold. I have not had a cold at least in ten years. Walking burns more calaries than bike riding. I like to ride my bike, but I prefer to run around with my dogs.

i make exercise twice a week.I make aerobic dance.of course doing exercise make you tired but it keep you in good shape.

about 5 days a week. Aerobics, walking on my treadmill, bike riding or just doing housecleaning.

I play tennis for two hours twice a week. On rainy days, I run 2 miles (school rules).
Strange, I have never really considered walking an exercise. That's probably because I grew up in an environment where the methods to reach your destination were walking or public transit, since cars are a burden with the lack of parking space around. I can't imagine a day without walking somewhere...

Usually it's ten times a week for me to exercise.Two times a week,before going to work and after work going home.Twenty minutes a time.I like different sports.Just as you say,but walking quickly is my first selects.Because it's easy and fit to my fingure. Usually i feel very good,the brain is working well,especially in the morning.Sometimes I feel tired,in the afternoon.Just a litte moment,then sleeping in your bed,you will be enjoyment.Have a try ,it's really good!

I use that Bean Exerciser daily. Its a lot of hard work, and sometimes, I feel like I'm exhausted. After 20 minutes, I'm usually back to normal. Also, I walk to almost everywhere I go.
