I'm hoping to attend The FCI in New York at the beginning of next year. And I was just curious if there are any pro-chefs or pastry chefs on MyLot? If so can you tell me what school you went to? What was it like? What kind of job did you get right out of school? Where do you work now? And anything else you might wanna add :-D
