Have you ever broken a heart?

Yes I admit but he was the one who started it. I have a 3 years relationship. we really love each other so much but that time i was still in college, he is 1 year older than me after his graduation we seperate ways he go to other city and he got a job since then i think he was too busy with his job that he sometime forget to text me unlike before evry minute we exchange text, like evrything had change. He even told me that maybe he will find another woman better than me-it kills me I love him and I did my best for our relationship I dont go out with my friends- he is my life then! So what i did i keep myself busy so I'll forget him, I already attend night parties, went out of town with my close friends and I meet a new boyfriend. Now that Im happy, contented and loyal to my boyfriend he keeps on annyong me, he told me that he still love me and that he regrets of what he had done. I know from my heart that he still love me but i turned him down since I'm commited already and I dont have feelings for him. He did evrything to win me back, what will i do? he can accept the fact that im happy with my life now... Am I bad?
