shopping for engagement rings! / myLot

I have been shopping around for engagement rings with my boyfriend and we have found a few I like. Do you have any advice on what so look for or something you would have done differently when shopping for yours... or did you even help pick yours out. I don't want to tell him which one to buy, just give him some ideas of what I like.

girl if you want to love the ring you wear for the rest of your life and you want to show it off proudly! help him pick the ring ... show him many different ones you love and let him pick from that selection. it will still be a surprise to you so no worries. and the way you did things was just perfect. good luck

Well, u give him some ideas, but he might not noe what u like and thus might pick something different? Im not on the verge or even near marriage yet... So maybe its abit far from me, but just sharing my thoughts.... I guess i will want him to buy and maybe not give him any ideas at all... Afterall, no expectations thus no disappointments... Keke... No la... Just saying that, whatever he buys, i should like... Isnt that the case? =)
