need help getting started

Our local community college has classes on runnung a non-profit and grant writing and they are both pretty cheap. Most of the websites I've found on grants are scams that want to sell you a list that you could find yourself. Also some cities will have a free local non-profit business center. The libraby ca also be great for finding grant writing books and it's cheap. I've been very interested in starting something but I'm finding funding short where I'm at so I've decided to kind of branch off of another local group. In turn them already being established helps people know their name and are willing to donate to a known name. I wish you the best of luck the world needs more peoples willing to help others!!
