Yes, I would tell him, but I'll do it in such a way that nobody else would realize it but him -- be as discreet as much as possible. I have done this so many times in the past.

I know it's unbelievable how many times I pass by somebody with his zipper down as I'm making my way towards the restroom. This happens all the time at the malls and I just shake my head as I try to repress a smile. I don't know -- you'd think people would remember these things, I mean how complicated can it be to pull it up after they're done.

Sometimes I do when it happens to be one whom I know, but I don't tell someone I don't know. Because I think it might be impolite to tell him that. I just don't want to make him feel embarassed for that.
Speaking of the zipper undone, I have had such experiences for some times. One time I was discovered by my students and they were just whispering there at their desks. Later one of my boys made a sign to me to walk over to him and he laughingly told me that, making me have a good laugh. Then I immediately went out of the classroom to zip up. All of them started laughing when they saw me go out.
Coming back again, I said sorry to them and they said they could understand that. The students told me that the same thing happened to another teacher making me laugh as well. You see, I was not the only one who forgot to zip up. But ever since then, I have paid more attention to my zip each time before I go into the classroom to make sure the little man is locked safely there. hahahaha

Yes, indeed,my students were very funny. They were very kind to me in and outside class. And we were and still are very good friends even if they are now at work and some are at college. I miss them a lot. I have now made it a rule to check if my zipper is up whenever I leave home for work or leave my office for the classroom. I don't want to have it happen again.

Yes, and I have. I try to be very discrete. I work in a very central location open to many and sometimes people just don't know what is going on. I had a lady walk past me with her school girl skirt tucked partly into her fishnets. I don't know how she didn't feel the draft and didn't notice the snickers of others as she wakled by. She was very embarassed but happy that i told her that she didn't continue to walk around like that. I would hope someone would do it for me, zipper down, food in my teeth, booger in my nose, hand me a breath mint, I'll get over it!

If that guy is someone I know, I will tell him discreetly. I'm not sure whether if I'll tell him if he is a stranger.

I guess it depends on who it is. I would defently tell my husband. And my kids if they had there zipper down. Im not sure I would tell a stranger.
