Yes dopey girl, I am also like that.
I tend to get tensed over things which are even slightly important. I worry on different levels for different things. Sometimes if I don't get worried, then I get a feeling that something is wrong! And trust me, this habit is really bad for health. I'm sure you must be a slim person. My weight doesn't seem to increase to as much it should be ideally. I also seem to have lesser strength then as much I should have compared to my age and work out habits. I have lot a lot of hair too and have a receding hairline. If there was one thing I could get rid of, it was this habit to worry and get tensed.

maybe yes.it's normal.I also worry or feel nervous sometimes. At that time,i will choose to sing or do a sport, and tell myself"take easy".ti can remove your attention.another efficient method is that tell your freind your worry. When feel somebody keep around us,we will relax unconsciously.
you can have a try.Hope you will slow down.

I do worry sometimes about things but not all the time.
Its just not good for ones physical and mental health to be in a constant state of worry for one thing or another.

No, I do not worry because worry is the opposite of faith and trust in God and the Bible tells us not to be anxious about anything. You see, if you are truly trusting God, you have no need to worry because you know He will take you through whatever you might face and bring you out. I'm not saying that I never worried in the past. I just quit worrying when I understood that it's the opposite of faith. Worry is faith in things going wrong instead of faith in God for things to go well. That doesn't mean I'm not tempted to worry. It just means that whenever a thought comes to mind that is contrary to God's promises, I refuse to think on it. I don't accept it. It has made a major difference in my life since I started doing so. I used to get so scared when a serious problem would arise that my stomach would react and I'd end up with the runs for three or four days a week. Ever since I gave up worry and started trusting God, I don't get sick anymore. I don't wake up shaking and having to run to the bathroom with cramps anymore. It sure is a much nicer existence.

even though i know is not good for my health ,i still worry about every day .
maybe that is related with my family .my parents are in bad health ,but they have to earn money everyday. my elder brothers are disobedience, they always make my prents angry.
and now i am out of work, so i have to be upset every day.
but now ,i 've become a little convinced,i should try to make myself more optimistic, then won't make my parents worry about me .

I always worry. I worry about the fact that I worry too much. When ever I'm not worrying, I worry that I'm forgetting about something that I ought to be worrying about. It's definitely a problem, it seriously affects my sleep, I just can't get my brain to shut off most of the time!
