My family inherited a 50 hectare farm. I wish to bring back the lost habitat due to modern pesticide farming method. I thought to rehabilitate the it again into forest but with a source of income from this. I started to study on how I could do this, say doing some kind of eco - tourism facilities for nature lovers. Our farm is located at the foot of Mystical Mt. Banahaw in Laguna, Philippines. It offers a panoramic view of the entire province called the resort capital of our country.
I wish to retire there and hopefully start this project with the best option available. I am short of fund so please advise.

Hey Pinoy Arkitek, coming from a colleague, I think that would be a good idea. A spa haven under the mystical Mt. Banahaw known for its healing wonders is a great concept. I also like the way you coined kubotels. Are there already existing developments like this in our country? This might be more attractive to foreign tourists rather than staying in the typical hotels. Ideas are already running wild in my head. Ofcourse, your kubotels will definitely have more architectural features than the basic kubo. Well, goodluck to you. I'll look forward for the day that I stay in one of your kubotels.

Thanks @Pelo, yeah something that is related to our culture in fact you will notice in my sketch it is Hilot Spa.
By the way I am an OFW and wished to retire there in the future so everything are all dream. I just one to explore how we could do forest conservation in more productive way. I missed those giant ferns lost to pesticide farming and the habitat. Otherwise if we cannot stop kaingin in our place, you may as well get affected because rainforest that keeps the water flowing the Laguna de Bay will eventually suffer.
I have so many schemes that I will post here 1 by 1 so please keep in touch.
You asked if theres development like this in our country, I guess not yet because I thought to be pioneer in this concept. i don't. like those Resort Farms they termed it is just a subdivision setting and much like urbanized also. I would rather go for something not so permanent so as when natures ask for it, not so much will be lost.
Thanks again Pelo, God Bless.
