In my 27 yrs of age i have only experienced true meditation for 5 mins. I felt i was flying in the air and it was too dark to see myself. Then there was a strange bright light that seemd to converge onto my forehead. Is this what u all face when u meditate? Please share ur experiences with me.

Wow, it's awesome. I am so happy for you. I haven't reached such a stage myself.. but from what I read, I think different people experienced it differently.

When you meditate closing your eyes, you may observe anything that comes in front of closed eyelids and that's not so strange that you depicted. While meditating you concentrate on your forehead and accumulation of energy transforms itself in any known, unknown or unseen form.
