My prediction is that the San Antonio Spurs will win the Championship this year and feel they will defeat the Pistons in seven games. I do not see the Cavaliers getting past the Pistons, though I am cheering for the Cavs. I think Utah is overmatched against the Spurs both experience wise and talent wise. I do not think anyone thought the Jazz would make it this far but it is great to see a Cinderella team get this far. They just need some playoff experience.

Thumbs up for the Jazz this year. Great job. We didn't expect the Warriors to come that far either, even Toronto made the Playoffs. =)

I have predicted that the Mavericks will be eliminated by the Warriors. I have predicted that the Yao Ming, Tracy McGrady and Company will not advance to the next round. I have predicted that Cleveland will enter the Eastern Conference Finals. I have predicted that the Pistons will sweep the Magic. Yes, i was true most of the time. Now, i am going to set another prediction and that would be with regards who will enter the NBA Finals.
Out of the Final Four teams, Detroit and San Antonio are the only two teams who had experience the Finals and actually won some point in time. They definitely have the experience factor.
But then again, let us not count out Boozer and company and LeBron and the Cavaliers. However, Utah will not enter the NBA Finals. They will fail against the Spurs. On the other hand though, this is Lebron's team. He will do everything in his power to lead the Cavs over the Pistons. I say, Game 7 affair.
So my predictions will be, Spurs versus Cavaliers with the Spurs ending up as Champs.

Correction: The Utah Jazz also had some finals experience in 1997 and 1998. It was headed by Karl Malone and John Stockton. The Jazz both lost their finals appearances to the Chicago Bulls, starring Mike and Scott.

Correction again: i mentioned "..and won some point in time." meaning they actually won a title.

for me Spurs-Piston in finals..this would be a rematch on their 2005 NBA finals..Spurs are great after beating suns..but Piston is a different team right now..if the Spurs continue to protect their home game they had the championship..but if they lost at home in either the game 1 or 2, they're in trouble..the championship format for sure is 2-3-2..and spurs had the home advantage..Spurs in game six if they won the 1st two game..otherwise Piston in game 6..

Based on the Final Four picture, the Cleveland Cavaliers is the only team yet to taste finals experience, but I will not be surprised if they clinch the East because they are evenly matched with Detroit, but no matter who wins the East, if San Antonio clinches the West, the Spurs will still win the Larry O.
What if...
1. Detroit vs. San Antonio-San Antonio wins, 4-3
2. Cleveland vs. San Antonio-San Antonio wins, 4-2
3. Detroit vs. Utah-Detroit wins, 4-1
4. Cleveland vs. Utah-Cleveland wins, 4-2
