National Health Service or Not

I read a lot of dicussions were people face the cost of huge medical bills. Here we have a Health Service paid for by the goverment with the use of taxes a national insurance. It faces a lot of critisism because sometimes non urgent procedures take a longer time to be done but generally emergencies are dealt with immediatly. My family and I have always been treated very well under the system and I feel reassured that everyone has the same facility here. What do you think should it be available in all communities.
