The Puppie Stage

We have a 9 month old puppie who is in tha horrible puppie stage of chewing things in the backyard from gettin clothes of the line to chewing up the rubbish from the bin, and i mean he gets up and gets the rubbish out of the bin then make a horrible mess.. are there are ideas that i can get given to stop the puppie from chewing items and taking washing of the line and digging holes?

Your puppie is small ,let it grow older it will be alright.As you can't control human kids from mischiefs ,they do frolicsome activities as they wish,then its a puppie how one can manage easily?Just make it learn good activities and gesture,give teachings,it'll be alright as and when time passes.
