I love the bible sometimes

Bible was not given for perfect people. It is the property of screwed up people who are making their way to God.

Nobody is perfect obviously. Even the people God used in the Bible from Adam, Noah, David to Peter and Paul were not perfect. Along with the great things God used these people for, he also revealed the sin in their lives to show that these people were not perfect but God still used them in mighty ways. As a Christian I know that "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness" 1 John 1:9

Yes, but by drawing near to God, freely through Jesus and the price he paid (for our screwed-up-ness) we can find all the answers and the help we need! Great news that.. [I like to read one gospel account each season, and a psalm every morning.] :))
