Most time, I always think whether the degree is as important to career as we have expected ?
We were struggling for the degree of Bachlor, then the degree of Master and even the degree of Doctor.
But we tend to ignore the work experience which can offer us the first-hand material.
We take efforts and time to study and study. However we don't kow how much of them is aimed at the future career.
I know most of you maybe engaged in a detail work. You must have many opinions about the problem.
What kind of degree do you think is enough for us to work? Which is your highest dream degree if you can pursue?
Do you want to study abord? Or do you plan to study further in MBA after several years' work?Take pros and cons into consideration. I'd like to hear your own special idea about it.

Degree is a tool. You can be successful without any degree, But it is quite strange if someone succeed without any degree. Why?? because there all kind of knowledge in a university, so why bother research on your own method or effort when you can get all the information and knowledge in the university. Well i'm planning to continue my master study in sweden. wish me luck.;)

Hey,man.
no hiding degree is a must for out getting a dreanm job.but still,it's not means everything.the practice experience and skills are more imortant than a degree.it's just a good proof that these days many graduates in china return the technologic shcools for a further study .
in brief,a degree is just like your appearance while practice skills is like your inner qualities.i think it's very clear to see the respective essence of both of them.
good luck!

Yes,It is very important. It is very difficult to get a job with out a degree. Before joining any dgree courses,we have to make sure about the job aspects of that degree.
