What will you do if you are stuck in this situation.....?

When you were young and used to get limited things for yourself ,never used to ask your parents for anything extra..always thought that you will buy something after you start earning and then when you grow up and start earning...and you have a younger sibling ....if he/she asks you for a laptop during his first year of college just for using internet or showing off...what will you do: a. Buy it for him since you are his only brother/sister and you love to see him/her happy... b. Tell him that you never bought such costly items at your age and you dont want to spoil him so you will not let him buy it... c. Ask him to buy it himself when he starts earning like you... d. Ask him to save on the pocket money you give him...and then buy it with it... Will you choose any of the above or will you take someother way...do let me know...as for me i think i would have gone with a?
