Exam fever

whenever exams are started i really feel bad...........but i have to do it.....

I think exams are stressful for students. I can give you some tips to overcome exam stress. Go for a walk or do some stretching exercises. Talk to your friends for a while. Do some deep breathing/breathing exercises. Listen to music. Practise meditation,yoga..etc P.S.:The most important thing i forgot totell is STUDY WELL! All the best!
