computer addiction problems...

i am a 16 years old student and I admit it Im an addict...A computer addict...Actually in Online games, But my problem is not with this addiction but with this addictions causing to my computer...
When my parents bought me this computer (coz i waste time and money outside renting) it wast working well...speeds fast, gaming experience verryyyyyy good...no problems at all...but a week after it I notice that it begins to slow down...not just slow down but sometimes it restarts....
I am just a kid what tips can you give me to solve this problem....or advise how to avoid it

Being a addict is not too bad unless you always have a priority about your task or schedules. About your computer maybe you may stop downloading games or if you don't have any anti virus it can cause also for running slow of your computer, I may sugest to buy some games that are to be played online coz maybe it can be a reason for it may have some viruses. Try playing Sims 2 actually I'm addict with that game but I never try playing online games.
