how will you work if you hate your ugly boss?

will you manage to perform properly at work when with your boss with an ugly face and an ugly attitude? how do you cope with it? share your thoughts!

I think I'm pretty lucky that till the last job prior became a homemaker. I have great boss that are caring, understanding and approachable. They have positive attitude, great personality and charisma. I do have friends that have bad attitude boss. Some of them even quit their job coz of their bosses. Some stand-up and approach the boss and tell the boss how they feel about him/her. Majority just simply do their daily chores and talk behind their back. For me, if I met one, I will tolerate initially and would find an opportunity to discuss with them.

yes, you approach them and tell them your grievances and what else needs to be said. then, they take that against you and they will fail you in your metrics. i hate stupid ugly bosses.

Yeh, you are right. Whenever my pour his/her sorrow pertaining to their boss. My advice is always get a new job and quit. If there is any opportunity I came about, I always tell them to give a try.
