Ok this is to people who have children between the ages of 1-6. Have you ever watched boobah on PBS sprout? If so what in the hell? I have come to the conclusion that those people who sit and set up childrens television programing have lost their damn minds. This show has no educational value what so ever and from a parental perspective it makes adults wanna shoot themselves in the head for having seen it. Any other feelings on this?

It's times like these where I am grateful I don't have children and am spared to watch such things. I can't deal with Barney the purple barfosaur or the teletubbies who's vocabulary seems to consist of bye bye and uh-oh.
What will they come up with next?

lmao!!!!!!! I know what you mean. It is educational in a way kids learn by repeating something over and over. If you ever sit and watch they dance with a pattern. It is stupid though. But hey we aren't kids if they had it we may have liked it to. Who knows.:)

Ok I am now ready to shoot myself in the head twice. I use to watch boobah with my son when he was 2, now I'm forced to watch it yet again. My little cousins are staying with me for a while and now I'm subjected to it again. GRRR I'm gonna kill someone if I have to watch one more episode.

ok what I wanna know is whats with the farting sounds and the hypnotic strobe lights and swirls. I swear everytime I put it on the kids would stop whatever they were doing and just stand there and stare at the tv like mindless drones. Granted it was great at getting them to be quite for a min but it was kinda freaky. I swear it was like some villiage of the damned crap. Bunch of mind controled 2 y/o's running around screaming boobah.

LOL, that show makes me think it's the "Teletubbies, the later years". I know what you are saying and no my children do not watch it, they are too old, but even if they weren't, no way. I came across it one day and I was like in the world, so this is what acid will do to your brain?

I think that the boobah show and products are just weird, I think that there is no point to them. To be honest i think that when the thought of these products and television series that they were (messed up) not themselves if you know what I mean. I don't let my children watch this show because its just not normal, I never did like the teletubbies either.
