I drink at least 4 cups a day. I usually start the morning with a cup of coffee to freshen up myself and to start my days. In between the day, I will either takes 2 cup of either tea or coffee depending on what I want to drink at that moment.
I will finish the day with a cup of tea as a cleanser before I go to bed.

I used to drink a lot of coffee and tea during the day. 5 cups of coffee was the bare minimum. I wanted to stop taking coffee because of all the bad things I heard about it... It wasn't easy because I was getting headaches when I didn't have any coffee... Now that they are saying again that a little coffee is actually good for you I started again: I am at 2 cups a day now.

I was very addicted to coffee. I loved the taste, the smell, how the aroma would fill the room, so much so I started to drink at least 15-20 cups a day! Far to much for any one person to consume. I am glad to say that I am now a reformed coffee drinker, I haven't touched coffee in years and now only drink tea.
Once I stopped drinking I noticed a big difference in my sleep, I began to have a full night of sleep without being restless, tossing or turning and pleasant dreams, lol.
I still miss the taste of coffee and often think, just one, it wont hurt, and I'm sure one won't, but I know I wont stop at just one.

I once only drank one cup a day, that was my morning coffee. Now I am drinking up to 5 cups a day. It used to bother me to drink more than 2 cups, now I need that extra kick in the backside to keep me going.

I drink coffee 8 times a day. But I reduced the quantity as it is bad for health. Each time 2 ounces I take. What I want is taste and aroma. Hence quantity does not matter.

2 cups usually. I'll have a headache then if I take more than that.. ;) But Sometimes, I just can't help it but get another cup to make it 3 or 4..It's just that I'm addicted to coffee honestly. ;)

On hectic days when I have to be alert, I'll drink at least four cups of coffee. But, most days I stick with lower caffiene tea. Coffee makes me feel jittery and on-edge, so I try to avoid it during high stress times. And, it usually keeps me from sleeping well.

I usually drink one cup of coffee per day, but today I drank two, because I joined a friend. I arrived at the cafe about an hour before he did, so I had a cup of coffee as I read my Newsweek. When he arrived I bought him a cup of coffee, and I bought one for myself.

I usually limit my consumption to just 2 cups a day. Maximum. Anything more I think would not be good for my health. That'll be too mcuh caffeine.
If I am drinking a non caffeinated version, I think 3 cups would be all right.

I'm absolutely positive half the joy of drinking coffee is when that rich coffee aroma greets you first thing in the morning tickling your brain cells and telling them it's ok to relax and daydream for ten more minutes before the stress of the day starts to take its toll. And before you know it, it's time for a coffee break! One more cup to relax and unwind with at the end of the day and it's time to hit the pillow. These are the must-have, can't-live without cups! Scatter in a few more for good measure when I need to force myself to sit still and relax throughout the busy day and I'd say I've just had the perfect day! Yepper...me and my coffee, can't live without it;)
