Are you a power seller? Has your experience been a flop? Do you want to make ebay.com a full-time job? Do you sell things on there you would typically sell at a garage sale? My experience has been up and down - sometimes I do so well I can't keep up with the orders, while other times I invest more into fees than anything else.

Mine has always been a flop. I think because what I try to sell there ( Homemade candles/soap ) that I personally make, I can't get the money I want for them. Ebay is a great place for bargains and people know it. They don't want to pay what something is worth when it's handmade. Now , on the buying- I always get a steal there for stuff.

I have over 20000 sales on ebay, and for the most part its been very good to me. But you have to be luck to find the right items to sell. And sometimes its really just luck...

I sell on Ebay off on. I did okay for the holidays. I have quite a few things at home now that I am planning to list in the next couple of days. Ebay like any business has it's up and down.

I only sold one item ever at ebay. It was the old oil burner from the old heating. I took a picture and put the offer in at ebay. Lots of people put questions. Some were unhappy that I did not want to ship the heavy thing. Somewhen two ladies came and picked it up and gave me 60 Euro and I was very content and the two of them were very happy.
Otherwise I only bought things and all deals went very well so far.
