is there a best place to find a mortgage?

it depends on credit, loan to value, debt to income ratios...what u should do is talk with a mortgage broker in your area and let them find a lender for u...especially because the mortgage market is changing daily...where are u planning on buying? and how soon? are u working with a realtor? and is this a primary resident purchase or investment.
