Sometimes I like to listen to meditation music to help me fall asleep. It's best for me to listen with headphones so I don't disturb anyone else in the house. The problem is that I when I fall asleep with the headphones on, my ears are very sore in the morning. Does anyone know of any headphones that are actually comfortable to sleep in?

Are you wearing big headphones like in your picture. No wonder your ears hurt. They must be conpressed. Can you not just wear those little headphones that slip in your ear and have a wee loop bit around your ear.
I sit really advisable going to sleep though with headphones in as you may not get as much deep sleep as your body requires and what happens if there is a fire and someone in your house is screaming and you don't hear them. Touch wood it doesnt happen but you never know.

No the headphones I use aren't like the ones in the picture. Here's a link to the headphones I have. http://www.koss.com/koss/kossweb.nsf/p?openform&pc^sc^KSC7
The meditation music that I listen to before going to be is specifically designed to help regulate the sleep cycle. I also would never listen to it so loud that I wouldn't be able to hear someone screaming. It's just not good for your ears to listen to music that loud to begin with.

I can actually understand why they hurt a bit more because they are in the inside.
I thought you might be listening to music for that and glad that you are as sleep really is the essence of good health as you clearly know.
Sorry I could not be of more assistance. I will do a searh and let you know if i come back with anything.

I often sleep wearing headphones in me. Well, it seems like music meditate my loneliness and everything that i need to do, i used to be inspired by it. It's like its so easy to do anything i wanted if there is music i hear. I hate zero silence and it makes me sick.

I usually wake up when I roll over and try to sleep in a different position with my headphones on so they come off at that time. The music is usually over anyway. I do not know of any sleeping headphones. I would assume that the smaller the better.

The only thing that would be smaller than the ones I've tried would be those little earbud things without the earclips. I don't use earbuds for many reasons. They are uncomfortable, they don't stay in my ears very well, and it's not good for your hearing to use them.
