i cant log in

I have 2 computers that I access e-gold with, and when I would use them I would occassionally have problems with the IP. I also used my computer from a wireless connection at a library and it wouldn't let me in. E-gold has extra security that you can set it to block attempts from other IP addresses, maybe you set it when you first opened the account and somehow are connecting from a different IP address. If you do you have to go through an id check to make sure it is you. Don't know if that will help but check that out to see if you can get in somehow.
