How well do you know your partner?

I think that I know my partner pretty well. Not as well as I'd like though. But I do know several of her dislikes, quite a few of her likes, and I'd hope to everything I'd know what exactly she's thinking when I do something dumb. lol

To be honest, i think it really takes a lifetime to know a person. Well, of course, you can get to know someone a lot before you decide to end up with him or her. But a person can change over time or there can be some hidden things about a person that really come out only after a few years of being together. My in-laws have been married for 28 years but they admit that sometimes they still get shocked about some things about each other's characters.

I guess we can never understand your partner, as we could never understand ourselves as well... The only constant on earth is changes and yah, we are changing every minute every second.. We dont even understand ourselves well enough, so how do we expect our partners to know us inside out... True enough, i agree with u yah... I think talking to ur partner, taking time to understand ur partner is extremely important as it takes both of u to another level... Putting in this extra effort, certainly makes the relationship works better for the both of u... =)
