how often you will do a body inspection in hospital ?

To keep your healthy and know very well of your body's status and condition , will you come to hospital and have a body inspection usually?
when I was a student in university, I do this every year.
but after work , I don't do it usually and don't do it often.
I think it is not good for my healthy,but I really don't want to do it.
what about you?
how often you will do a body inspection .

I'm probably gettin to the age where I should be going for checkups, but I'm not a great lover of doctors or hospitals. Besides that, I think I lead a pretty healthy lifestyle, I'm not overweight, don't smoke, so that should work well in my favour! My wife thinks otherwise in the fact I should always go to the doctor. She is just so paranoid that she is going to lose me, but as I keep telling her, she won't grt rid of me that easy,lol!

i do believe itis necessary to keep us healthy,but i have to confess that i also do it unusually,coz i am so busy to spend even a few hours to do it.May be i will try to change the situation right now,later i will give more time to do that, i hope so!We will get nothing without good figure.

I think there is no need for a check up if you are healthy sign of a healthy persons are
good apetite,thirst,good sleep,free flow of excretions means wastes are removed with out any difficulty from our body.enerrgetic,clear mind,problem solving ability,healthy skin,over all happiness.
these signs indicate you are health .and if you want may check up in once .but normally i wont go
