The Indian Communication market is growing faster than ever before and they predict tat by 2010 it will be world's largest network ranking 1. But as far as the schemes are concerned thye are slew of schemes being offered by each one. I have an Airtel landline and a mobile phone, and also a BSNL landline, and two aircel mobiles owned by my dad and mom. Airtel undoubtedly has got the best service, u can easily reach the customer care in less than a minute and the service is also excellent.
