There is no difference - it's the same company, but just changed its name after being sued by the World Wildlife Fund. That, and during the WWF days, the storylines and matches were better.

They are the same it was called before world wrestling federation then they called it world wrestling entertainment

Aside from the name, there's really not much of a difference. It's still the same company no matter how many ways it's cut.
