I use Nyquil and Alka Seltzer cold plus. I love both of them.

Alka-Seltzer Cold seems to work real well for me. Some of the other non drowsy cold meds make me feel jittery. I do use different things depending on what is for sale or where I can get a free online sample.

I havent tried that, I'll keep an eye on that one. Have u tried sudafed?

The other day on tv, a doctor said this;
"With medicine it takes 7 days to get rid of a cold. Without medicine it takes 1 week."
He was pointing out the fact that medicine is just a placebo.

I know medicines cant cure a cold. But ur mind cannot act in place of an antihistamine

That's the point of what was said. There is no cure for the common cold. Everything is just a placebo - it's you thinking it is helping that makes you feel better.
