how is your star in mylot dropped....

Actually, I never cared for the rating of my star. All I care is look for a nice topic to discuss and respond to.

this seems to be happening rather a lot lately. As far as i know there are two main reasons for it. If you have upset a few people here on mylot they can, and do, give all your responses negative ratings, this will bring your star down. Also however, if you are innactive for a few days this can bring your average plus ratings down and therefore your star hope this helps blessed be

It happens when more people start rating you negatively than positively, this results in a dropping of your rating resulting in the number in the star to lower down.
