OK... so like I just clicked, "I enjoy people"... but I have one big question for all of you... How can I make people to talk? I mean how do YOU make people to talk to you? Don't get me wrong, I talk to people, but once in a while it's hard as hell... so, HOW?

people are nice. people are scary. people are good. people are evil. people love you. people hurt you. people make you feel great about yourself or take you down. depends on the people.
so, it's normal to have troubles talking to people if you had only bad experiences. but never give up ;)
people are nice :) punk people that is. hippies are evil :D

I used to talk a lot.The best way to make talk someone is 0)Bring a fresh and a natural smile on ur face1)Bring a topic of his interest.2)carefully listen to his talk,make ur head nodding which seems u are listening to him.3) ask doubts and bring some of ur suggestions.4) he will be pleased and next time he will talk to u as friendly as earlier..

Thank you so very much... that helps a lot... but (there is allways a but :) )... but, in my case, I think it's something deeper...I mean, I know how to talk to people, I'm told that I'm a good listener and that I care... but despite all that sometimes I feel that something is sleeping through my fingers... and it makes me so very angry because I can't define what that something is.

When you are talking to someone, apart from just listening, see how it applies to you. See what your opinion in the matter is.
For example, if someone is talking about a trip he made, then maybe you can tell him about the funny or strange experiences you ever had in a trip. Or if someone is talking about politics, maybe you could quote a scandalous point that you read in the papers.
The key is to think while you're listening. It will take some practice, but I'm sure you can get started small and take it big from there
